Robin's Nest
The holiday home Robin's Nest is located in a quiet, wooded area of the village of Ermelo on the Veluwe.
The extension has its own entrance and terrace overlooking the green forest garden, where you can enjoy peace and quiet and observe various birds. A squirrel hops by regularly.
The interior is fully equipped and wheelchair accessible. Parking is available in front of the house and bicycles can be parked in the garden. Free internet. Non-smoking.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Prices are exclusive of final cleaning (€ 45.00) and tourist tax (€ 1.67 p.p.p.n.).
Deposit € 100.00 per booking. This will be refunded to your account no later than 10 days after check-out, after deduction of any damage incurred.

Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to make a down payment of 10% of the rental price immediately upon receipt of our booking confirmation.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made at short notice, we ask you to pay the full rental price immediately.
Cancellations
Cancellations are associated with costs for us and are therefore not free of charge. Here is our cancellation fee overview:
Cancellation up to 35 days before arrival: 5% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation from the 6th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation on the day of arrival: 75% of the rental price
